1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing luke55 at https://luke55.app, creating an account, making a deposit or using any game or betting feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.

3 Account Rules

When you register on luke55, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. Do not share your account details with anyone. luke55 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the account holder has shared their credentials.

You must provide accurate information during registration. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• Each player is entitled to one account only.
• Accounts found to be duplicates will be merged or closed at luke55's discretion.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support through the platform immediately.
• luke55 may close or suspend accounts at any time for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse of bonuses, or breach of these terms.

Account balances are held in PKR. Your displayed balance at any time reflects the amount available for wagering or withdrawal, after any pending transactions or bonus restrictions are applied.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

luke55 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The available methods are shown on the Deposit page.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Typical processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Usually credited within 1–5 minutes under normal conditions.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Generally within a few minutes to a couple of hours, depending on your bank.
• Cards and mobile wallets: Processing times may vary by provider.

luke55 does not add platform-side fees to deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges — these are outside luke55's control.

Withdrawals are processed back through the same channel used for the deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. luke55 may request supporting information for larger withdrawals as part of standard account verification procedures.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

luke55 may offer bonuses, free credits, deposit match rewards and promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry periods. These individual promotion terms are published alongside each offer.

General rules that apply to all bonuses on luke55:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per device. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• luke55 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated play or exploitation of errors.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the stated period. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically.
• Real money balance is wagered before bonus balance unless otherwise specified.

luke55 may modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion change will not be retroactively affected where it would be to their detriment.

6 VIP Programme

The luke55 VIP programme rewards active players with cashback, bonus credits and elevated account benefits across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tier progression is calculated automatically based on your verified wagering activity on the platform.

• VIP tiers are reviewed on a rolling basis. Meeting the activity threshold for a higher tier moves your account up; sustained inactivity may result in a tier reduction.
• Weekly cashback is applied to net losses only and is credited as bonus balance subject to the standard cashback wagering requirement stated in the VIP programme page.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.
• luke55 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, benefits and cashback rates with reasonable notice to players.
• Accounts found to be manipulating VIP activity calculations — for example through coordinated wagering designed solely to accumulate tier points — will be excluded from the programme.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on luke55 Sports Betting are subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market type. These are available within the betting section. Cricket, PSL, T20 international matches and football markets each carry specific settlement rules related to abandonment, postponement and match conditions.

• Bets are final once confirmed. luke55 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where platform rules explicitly allow cash-out.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, odds displayed at a significantly incorrect level due to a technical fault — luke55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake.
• In-play bets are accepted based on the odds and market status at the time the bet is registered on our system, not at the time you clicked. Short delays in live data are normal and accepted.
• For Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games, the return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are set by the game provider and are available from the provider's published information.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the server-side record. The server outcome is final.

8 User Conduct

You agree to use luke55 fairly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or collude with other players.

• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations.

luke55 monitors platform activity for unusual patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, accounts may be paused pending investigation. Any funds found to be derived from prohibited activity will not be paid out and may be reported to relevant authorities.
